The national development and reform commission （NDRC） and relevant departments have proposed to “strive for the gradual implementation of the major equipment valve localization plan”.  It is proposed to realize the valve localization of the key valve of the megawatt nuclear power plant and the valve of one million tons of large ethylene plant.
